Am tot vrut sa ii fac lui Vincent mar cu biscuiti asa cum imi amintesc ca imi facea mami mie cand eram mica. Dar cum nu am vrut sa folosesc biscuiti din comert, am tot cautat si testat biscuiti facuti in casa care sa se potriveasca in amestecul cu marul. Acum am gasit reteta ideala si sunt mandra ca e reteta mea, biscuitii pentru bebe sunt fara adaos de zahar sau sare, ies gustosi si se farama frumos.
Am folosit:
-55g faina organica de grau,
-25g faina de cocos,
-55g unt (l-am pus 30 secunde la microunde ca era prea rece, unt cu minim 82%grasime),
-80g branza de casa.
Am amestecat bine toate ingredientele, am facut 4 biscuiti ptr bebe, iar in restul compozitiei am pus jumatate plic de zahar vanilat si un praf de sare. Am format biscuiti pe care i-am bagat la cuptor la 200 de grade pana s-au rumenit bine, iar dupa ce i-am scos din cuptor i-am pudrat cu zahar vanilat (doar pe cei care nu erau pentru bebe i-am pudrat). Au iesit 4 biscuiti ptr bebe si 9 biscuiti ptr noi (din nefericire eu am avut parte doar de 2 biscuiti ca pe restul i-a mancat sotul asa calzi cum erau). Se pot dubla sau tripla cantitatile, data viitoare fac mai multi. Si se poate pune si faina de migdale sau alta faina, eu o sa testez cu faina de migdale maine ca tot merg in vizita la sora mea, deci e un prilej bun de prajiturit.

I wanted to cook for Vincent something that my mom used to cook for me when i was a little girl, apple biscuits. But since i did not want to use biscuits from the store, i kept searching and testing for some homemade biscuits that are suitable for my apple biscuit recipe. Now i have found the ideal recipe and i am proud that this one is my recipe (these baby biscuits have no sugar or salt, they are tasty and crumbly).
I used :
-55g organic wheat flour
-25g coconut flour
-55g butter (82% fat, i microwaved it for about 30 seconds)
-80g homemade cheese
I mixed very well all the ingredients, i moulded 4 biscuits for Vincent, and in the rest of the dough i added half a spoon of vanilla sugar and a hint of salt. I moulded biscuits from the dough that i had left and i put them in the oven at 200degrees until they became golden brown. After i took them out of the oven i sprinkled some powder sugar on them (except for the 4 biscuits that were Vincent's). I had eventually 4 biscuits for Vincent and 9 biscuits for us (unfortunatelly i only ate 2 of them because my husband ate the rest as soon as i finished taking my photos). You can double or triple the quantities , next time i will definitely bake more. Also you can use almond flour or any other type of flour, i will test the almond flour tomorrow since i am gonna visit my sister and it's a good opportunity for me to bake more biscuits!
